南国芳：天津大学管理与经济学部教授、博士生导师，教育部新（跨）世纪人才。主要研究领域为信息经济、平台经济、信息系统、电子商务、数据挖掘及智能计算等。讲授课程包括智能计算方法、软计算方法等。

 南国芳教授曾在国际期刊Journal of Management Information Systems, Journal of the Association for Information Systems, International Journal of Electronic Commerce, Electronic Commerce Research and Application, International Journal of Production Research, Information Technology and Management, Soft Computing, Knowledge-based Systems, IEEE Network, IEEE Systems Journal, IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics, IEEE Transactions on Multimedia, Computers & Industrial Engineering, Journal of Intelligent Manufacturing, International Journal of Information Technology & Decision Making, Neural Network World等，中文期刊《管理科学学报》、《系统工程学报》等发表多篇学术论文。先后承担多项国家自然科学基金项目，于2007年获得教育部自然科学奖一等奖一项，于2014年获得教育部自然科学奖二等奖一项。获得2008年度教育部新世纪优秀人才称号，获得2013年度天津市‘131人才培养工程’第一层次人选，获得2013年度天津大学‘北洋青年学者’。

南国芳教授于2005年在英国帝国理工学院计算机系做博士后研究，于2008年至2009年在意大利都灵理工大学做高级访问学者。
